Addenda

I think I also need to put "sip water between drinks" and "eat a meal before drinking" to that list. My drinking habits are awful--not least because I find myself waking up worried that I said something intemperate before going to sleep. That's no way to live.

I should also add "stick to your budget," but New Year's isn't for working miracles.
