The Pajama Game
So tired. Why can't I sleep through the night anymore? I always, always wake up after a few hours--on weekdays that means I'm trying to function on four hours of sleep or less, and on weekends (when I refuse to get out of bed without having slept well) that means I spend at least half the time in bed trying to catch up. This can't be having good effects on any aspect of my health.
